Lead enterprise cloud deployment operations, release governance and automation for a Fortune 100 technology client.
- Lead a global team of 26 onsite and offshore engineers supporting 24/7 deployment operations, with responsibility for coordination, coaching and escalations.
- Reduced daily deployment effort from eight engineering hours to approximately one through automation, saving about seven engineering hours per day.
- Built a centralized deployment management application and workflow automation using Azure Logic Apps, PowerShell and Power Automate to improve tracking, consistency and team handoffs.
